Picked up a new cookbook. First Contact salmon with Yamok sauce and mashed Andorian tuber root with Kavarian oil. Salmon was A+ didn't really need the rich yamok sauce. The Andorian tubers were a hit, with my taste tester going back for 3rds. The Kavarian oil added a nice pop of green.
