The Maryland State house is where George Washington made his speech in 1783, resigning from the Presidency and setting a precedent for presidential term limits. This reenactor read Washington’s speech just outside the same building this morning at the Annapolis, Maryland #nokings protest.

Our little city of #Annapolis, MD (population about 40,000) had hundreds and hundreds of #HandsOff protesters out today, all along Generals Hwy and Bestgate Rd. Hundreds more cars driving by honking their support.
