Oh gosh, I thought that the root of the question - that you didn't think it was just normal AI usage/cheating. My bad! I'm pretty interested in students who earnestly don't think they're misusing AI so may have projected. Cheers!

B/c many students don't read, haven't been trained to read, and don't even really have a concept of reading, they don't understand that there is a difference between a book that exists in the world, and the aesthetic performance of a "source" in a bibliography entry.

It's just WILD to me. Dog def. benefit from off leash time, but like - not in a busy city park with leash laws, not on a narrow trail with bikes/kids (and leash laws), and not let out 'near the house' (ditto laws). I grew up in the city - is this attitude a country/suburbs thing?

These are greatest things ever - and nooooobody knows about them! My super reactive rescues get to run free in 6 -acre fully fenced meadows and forests 3 x a week. For a pittance. Totally life changing.

Not playing dumb but people really didn't get trained in their grad programs? we had required training/ workshops, TAs always met with our professors weekly to talk about lessons, and we had a teaching center that would film us/observe and give feedback. Its the job-how can you not be trained?

You've been calling these dudes "clammy", damp or moist for like 10 years, and it's still perfect. Also, we're f*cked.
