Been messed around with wrong tax demands on three occasions. Tried the phone approach once, never again. Now, I write a letter and, eventually, they reply. Saves time and, after the phone call, what is left of my sanity.

Me too. 70s in NYC.Wore Vicky Davies? ties, cute shirts (John Henry)from Bloomingdales and a striped blazer from Macy's. Still think, "would Diane Keaton wear this" when clothes shopping. Thought it just yesterday and left the dress behind. Will miss her.
