One of my favorite podcast hosts wrote a book. I recommend it highly. Her writing voice is intelligent, compassionate and well-informed. This book can change minds. She explains the experience fat people have in this world with relatable wit and a lot of debunking. Loved it. #yourfatfriend

This sweet girl knows it’s almost spring and she’s feeling great. I love the way she lights up this time of year. May we all fill up on protein and get enjoyment from being under the warm sun, just like her.

I’ve found my attention span getting shorter and shorter since 47. It’s hard to focus. That’s the goal of shock and awe. Taking care of yourself is just as important as activism right now. Don’t disassociate but take breaks and do all the self care. You will need peace just as much as energy.

People will die because of this. So many people will be harmed by this.
