I’m wondering, as I shop for health insurance, why they are asking for my income if the tax subsidies no longer exist? My current plan doubled so I need a plan with a higher deductible, higher copays and less coverage. So why the income question? Help me understand.

I’ve waited 6 months for my federal refund. They sent me a letter in June saying my refund was under review buying themselves 2 more months. Now, the government will shut down because of our idiot “President” and his idiot cabinet and cowardly congress I will have to wait longer. 🤬🤬🤬
