Two-tailed Swallowtail butterfly feeding on a thistle in our yard. One of its tails is missing but it’s still beautiful. I decided not to cut down the thistle which had been the original plan.

My first serious woodworking project is finished! Learning to use power tools safely is something I’ve always wanted to do. The Weekend Woodworker online course with Steve Ramsey is really great for a beginner like me. #woodworking #beginner #weekendwoodworker

Let's flood the internet with SUNFLOWERS! Photos, paintings, poems, drawings, and sculptures in support of Ukraine! Also, plant them in your gardens, buy them from locally owned flower shops, and display them in your homes and businesses. No need to explain unless you choose to.

Watch out for those shape-changing rocks out there! Run! Or throw them a few pebbles.

@saracaballeria.bsky.social WTF? Search Gulf of Mexico on Google and get this! You can also click on the 3 dots at the end of this abominable name change and let them know it is incorrect. Do it! Takes less than a minute. Spread the word.

Are there any alternatives for high-speed unlimited wireless internet besides Verizon, Hughes, and T-Mobile? We live way out in the country among some hills and only Verizon and Starlink work for us. Verizon is too limited, expensive, and Starlink....well, you know.

We need an alternative to Facebook! Love you Blue Sky but we also need to have a place for longer chats and stories than you can give us. Many of my friends are leaving FB but we have nowhere to go. Someone out there- please help! Thanks!

I hope my FB friends find me here. I'm gradually moving off that platform because this one is so much better! Thoughtful people, no nastiness, no stupid unwanted ads everywhere, and excellent administrators. Sara Goodnick

Love seeing wildlife like this while on horseback. They aren’t usually as worried about us and let us get close a little longer.

Arizona is lovely in winter. Sitting outside on the patio in December in sweater temperatures is nice. I made the firescreen when I used to weld. It would be nice to get back into welding, but I’m really rusty.🙃

My husband used to have a rule. There were no cats to be allowed on his piano under any circumstances! then we got this little fellow. He gets to break all the rules. I think it’s because he matches the piano.
