Although the US is a shitshow these days, I still find beauty everywhere.
I ran 3.7 mi this morning. I did not achieve either the speed of intervals or total distance my app asked of me. Sometimes there's just not enough time before work—and there's so much work.

Nice! I will endeavor to embrace this guidance. In my work as a technical editor, however, I do not often have the opportunity to push for this type of language change. I am glad to see CMOS 18 is out in front.
Free yourself from singular "themselves." Chicago 18th edition says "themself" is correct for singular they. (And also says neopronouns are valid!) #AmEditing
