Yes, unfortunately. This paper quotes a risk of transmission in D+/R- livers of 20% which seems too high (versus <1% in kidneys) but need to prove check the actual reference.

Seems relatively uncommon but potentially associated with high morbidity/mortality.
Since these patients need PJP prophylaxis in the 1st year with TMPSMX being preferred, why not proph them?
