My daughter lost a shoe at the movies once. No clue where it went. We just left it and walked out with one. She would have outgrown it soon anyway!

We went on many road trips when our kids were little, and it was hard but such good memories for all of us. We saw the country together and now (ages 19, 16, 15) they have a love for travel. They remember when their brother fell in the mud at Gettysburg 😂 It’s also YOUR time to travel and live too!

So sad about this. We visited a few years ago and loved it. We have the presidential libraries passport and go to as many as we can. National Parks too.

Sending you lots of parenting strength. It’s a lot even without the dumpster fire of America right now.

Our pediatrician was my lifeline. A good one makes all the difference for the kids and the parents.
