3 highlights from the IMF/WB Annual Meetings last week. I chaired a great discussion a on how MDBs can deliver effectively in 'fragile' countries, hosted by UK Minister Anneliese Dodds. Ministers from Haiti, Somalia, Sierra Leone, Egypt & others shared candid reflections on how IFIs can do better.
