It's also the look on his face for a split second as he leans in with the pointing finger. There's a flash there that is genuinely scary. It's the look of an abuser.

It sounds like he’s not even talking about insurance. He said people would negotiate their own “health care”. He said “some” people might buy from insurance companies. So apparently he thinks people can just wing it and negotiate their own heart surgery and chemotherapy prices and pay cash.
