I suppose it’d be more accurate to call it an email from the FDA to retailers formally titled a “Retailer Notice”. See below.
Also, retailers CAN request a waiver and still give the discounts. Or they can give discounts to the needy and not require verification of SNAP.

Love this. If the argument is accepted, judicial immunity is preserved. If it’s not, the immunity precedent for the president could be taken back to the supremes. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.
