OK how do I find this community? I'm shouting into the void here and missing my threads gamer folk

I unfollowed the discover tab as it wasn't showing me anything I was interested in. So when I open the app it goes straight to Following, which helds streamline things for me, but I also don't follow many people which may help 😂
