Corn snakes might not have fangs but they do have lots of sharp teeth! Still, getting bit doesn't hurt much. Snake bites DO tend to bleed more than you'd expect which can look scary to a kid or anyone not expecting to see blood. That said, bleeding stops quickly!

Sorry to keep reposting this--this trip comes in-between paychecks for us, and round trip gas will likely run close to $300. I made a payment to a credit card so we could afford the gas, but it brought our acct negative until next Friday.
At most I'm hoping to get this to zero to avoid OD fees.

I love how I'll forever call the candy in this photo "non-parallels," because my dad would request them by that name whenever we would go to the mall as kids. They had one of those "candy by the pound" places called Buy the Weigh.
