Her knowledge of the medical system could have need used to make women's health care better. We need major investment in women's health in Ontario’s north. OBGYN support is non existant, midwifes, and nurse practitioners are absent leaving women without care. And does our culture care?

66, about to retire. I have been very lucky. I don't believe older folks should have special rights or privileges. We all should have what we need to thrive. Not survive but truly thrive from cradle to grave.

It is a little more complicated as most of Alberta is covered by Treaties with Indigenous nations. Also, although Alberta does not get transfer payments tjlhe oil industry is very heavily subsidized. It is a myth that the rugged western individualist keeps things going.
