The CEO of Octopus Energy said if we had that regional pricing, Scotland would have the cheapest energy in Europe. So of course Westminster isn't going to make that reform.

Based on my disabled brother's experience, it is so much better. No demeaning questions, forms or being asked to prove his Autism hasn't gone away.
