Thank you. Between a pipe bursting because builders left a nail in it, causing tons of water damage, the entire upstairs carpet that 4 yrs of fostering kittens has destroyed & fostering is super expensive, we appreciate as much help as we can get. I sincerely hope you were right all those years ago.
