2. What's next? 🚀
I'm excited to begin my new venture at Sandisk, where I'll be advancing data-driven and algorithmic decision-making. Having had an incredibly productive internship experience there last summer, I'm energized to build on that foundation and contribute to meaningful innovation.

Perhaps my most important learning was that "Strong institutions are a work in progress." A personal motivation here was the celebrated book "Why Nations Fail?". As strategic capabilities evolve—especially with AI advancements—our institutional designs must adapt accordingly.

The thesis focused on 3 ideals: Fairness, Robustness, and Transparency. I worked toward identifying and addressing strategic gaps in institutional designs. Much of this was in collaboration with wonderful co-authors, and I will soon share some interesting insights we drew from real-world data. 3/n

My thesis, "Strategic Interactions in Modern Elections and Markets," represents the culmination of years of work at UIUC. The primary motivation has been to contribute toward strengthening societal institutions—and I feel incredibly fortunate to have worked on problems that truly inspired me.
