On the right is me, May 2024. On the left is me today, Jan 22 2025. 70lbs gone. I have multiple chronic illnesses that impact my ability to exercise, even with eating healthy and wheat free (allergy), I was 348lbs 8 months ago. Today I'm 278lbs and still losing. Thank you @zepbound.bsky.social
