A big problem is that they are all bullshitting by definition. There’s very little good trial data. In medicine, so many rational ideas turn out wrong when trialed. Where’s the trial data on preemptive Crowns? There isn’t any prospective randomized data to suggest benefit, let alone for 5k per tooth
