Google has lots of summaries, annual reports, etc. The official reports.
If you know about annual reports, they’re glossy overview, never getting into the weeds of where the issues are. You won’t see a flow chart of all the unmonitored NGO’s that are involved with the money, or what they do with it.

I have looked. They’re not detailed as to the NGO’s and specific funding results.
