I was very correct on this assumption. Raidou albeit simplistic and straightforward with the combat, was a lot of fun to play through. I really hope ATLUS actually tries to do this style of game again. Gonna do a NG+ on the hardest difficulty in the future at some point

Ok I lied, Velocity Guild ain't done yet! I loaded up Etrian Odyssey 2 cause I was curious and saw you can upload your old guild into this one, then I saw the updated portraits for my characters and now I gotta go back and take care of everything on EO1 lmao 🤣😂. The adventure continues!

After 125 hours I've finally beaten EO1. There's technically still more to the game but I'm satisfied with what I've done, took a bit but it was a blast! There were a lot of hurdles but I've ultimately come to love this little dungeon crawler. Velocity Guild can now rest.

So just beat the first boss Fenrir on Etrian. Why are the enemies allowed to enter my 1 v1 fight and jump me!? 😭😭😭. This game is messed up and I love it (I have problems). Literally was 1 turn away before they joined in and wupped my ass, thank God for the last turn crit kill.

The Persona to SMT to Etrian Odyssey pipeline is real. Started playing and I love it, pure dungeon crawler. Just make a team with cute portraits representing them and go in and crawl some dungeons... But holy hell it's hard (which is great).

Booted up SMTV to check out the new demon. She's really cool... But in shocked they even went ahead and made a new track for her! 50/50 on the vibes of the track but it might grow on me... Also that fight was alot harder than I expected. Great addition to an already excellent game.
