imo the problem w/ these permanents is the payoff and frequency of the trigger, not necessarily the denial of draw. Cards like Leovold, Spirit of the Labyrinth, and Alms Collector do a much better job of limiting out-of-control card draw without providing busted levels of value to their controller.
