It could easily be better located, but they want the cheapest and most profitable solution for them....regardless of cost for us all. I am happy with the nice to wind, but it can't be at any cost....profit just come 3rd to suitable location and equitability of community benefit.

How much of new wind power is lining the pockets of profiteers?! The push for wind can't be used to ride roughshod over communities....destroying special marine areas, precious wilderness, ancient landscapes and tourism. Look at the state of the proposed N4 in Lewis.

Similarly, the N4 wind farm being rammed through in the west coast of Lewis is ill thought out. Companies being able to exploit our precious wild places to shore up their bottom line is grotesque. There are much better sites for it, but apparently profitability of Canadian company is more important.

Expect a lot more of this pish as we draw closer to the election....and he gets ever more desperate for reformoron votes.
