I guess people are mostly used to buy AAA games and avoid indies, unless they become a huge success among streamers.
Also, gaming press should properly provide coverage for well-made, promising but not-well-known projects.
Same happened to dotAGE and Vampire Survivors in Italy, it's sad.

Balatro is my GOTY pick and I am still surprised that many say "it's only a card game, why was it nominated instead of SH2 Remake?". Just try the game and be surprised (and become addicted 😅), it deserves the nomination!

As usual, nominating best selling sports/racing games cause they have appeal and most people do not play much else. It's natural but quite sad, considering the state these games are in and microtransations. That's how it goes, I guess.

Hades is a must, along with emulation. Then some of my personal favs are Dorfromantik, KILL KNIGHT and The Void Rains Upon Her Heart

I agree and I think that maybe it should be the same for remakes and remastered games, while indies should become more prominent, especially considering the current AAA state

I must say Chants of Sennaar, so unique! However, I'll play UFO 50 soon and the concept intrigues me so much, it might become the best indie game I played this year

I've been enjoying my Nothing Ear for quite a while now and they are pretty good both for calls and music. I usually play FLAC audio files or use Tidal and can't get tired of their sound, the EQ is quite good.

Now they should be on sale on the Nothing website as well!

I actually decided to skip Youngblood after playing a bit of it and then also hearing bad opinions about it. Still can't wait to see where the franchise goes now, TNO/TOB were insanely good and seeing something similar would be really nice
