Hey, I remembered I had this! I made ciabatta bread yesterday for Sally's Baking Challenge. It was easy if a lot of time to do. Came out great though so it was worth it.

Wrote a big post about yesterday but discovered there is a character limit here. Anyway, it was awesome to see family yesterday because of my cousin's baby shower.
