Services that include streaming media like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, are especially bad for carbon emissions. Typical users spend ~30 to 45 minutes using each of them daily, and up to 4x the equivalent in CO2 emissions compared to avg. ChatGPT use. #ChatGPT #AI

Borne out of frustration at seeing so many posts about how bad ChatGPT was for the environment with little to no data to back it up, or rational comparisons to other common activities, I made some infographics. #ChatGPT #AI
