Kidney stones are painful. I've had 8mm and 16mm removed on a different surgeries. The pain is awful. Drink plenty of fluids to fulsh em out.

I make sure to complete my regular tasks every morning, so that part is always handled. After that, I prepare a prioritized to-do list and focus on completing it while multitasking—answering helpdesk requests and responding to Slack DMs along the way.

It's always hard to determine what constitutes a "productive" day for me. Sometimes, it feels like there isn't enough time, even after sitting at my desk for 8–9 hours and barely getting through half of my to-do list.

I love this Scott, I had them turned off for few yrs now, and I only check when I feel like checking.
