I'm indifferent to this, but yeah it seems pointless. The only people we are keeping out are the ones who contribute, nobody who is here to do harm is going to be deterred. I get there is a limit to how many you can take, this just seems like optics for racists who wish there weren't so many latinos

Democrats are barely even left these days. We just had a "democratic" president who busted rail unions. It's insane, the left has no representation in America anymore. Anything normal left is considered radical now, and it's no surprise Dems lost when they abandoned working class people.

As someone who once may or may not have utilized something allegedly called the Silk Road, this makes Trump a total hypocrit. Maybe the idea is to revitalize drug trades, so he can spend more money "fighting" it for the American people. Only thing I can think of.
