Lots more PRs today for Shoulders/Triceps despite it normally being my rest day. Only one of 7 exercises didn’t see an increase in my heavy lift, but that’s ok. Also, saw a new max weight on the scale this morning. 228.3 lbs. 😳

I think what’s been most satisfying about Bluesky is the lack of constant rage-baiting
Scrolling through Twitter was TIRING because it seemed like everyone was mad all the time. It’s refreshing to see people just share their joy without having to elicit any sort of anger
