Richard Coles (former member of the Communards) wrote a memoir about his grief after losing his husband David. It’s called The Madness of Grief. It is a very honest look at living with grief and may not be what you are looking for right this moment but I found it helpful later on.

The members of congress not willing to pass the torch to their amazing talented colleagues like you are such a massive disappointment. They know better and are still putting their egos first. Thank you for continuing to fight.
