Oh..... that's confusing. So, the Mayor resigned to protest a protocol between the municipality and the state? Or was it a protest on the content of a state motion (that happens to be friendly to Canada relations)?

I love that river. The thalweg of the river at this spot has changed over the years and now points directly at the bin wall. I am curious of there are still redds there in the RL upstream channel.

Right.. it seems like it's the next step beyond neoliberalism where govt doesn't exist and countries or regions are run by corporations. Beyond neoliberalism might look like less rule of law and out of check masculinity. Ugh.
