2/2 also, my migraines are tied to my cycle. I finally can go weeks without one bc of my meds and the necessary care (regular mtgs w/doc, eat clean(er), etc.

I’ve had them for over 30 yrs. Ice packs, meds, dark room. If you don’t have a neurologist please get one to get the pain meds. Tracking as you shared is excellent.
