It’s World Scleroderma Day and hundreds of thousands of people like me are living with this rare disease. Yesterday we walked in Scarborough to raise money for research and medical support. Most Rheumatologists don’t know about #Scleroderma and it takes too long to get diagnosed.

Air Quality warnings in #Toronto and people are not masking up at all.
An N95 mask significantly reduces the number of tiny carcinogenic particles (PM 2.5) from reaching your lungs. This is critical because your body can’t remove them.

I made one that is similar, but instead of a metal box, I upcycled a cardboard Amazon box that was used to ship me the air filters.
Handmade vertical Corsi-Rosenthal box. The two main two sides of the box are MERV 13 air filters. The box is made from cardboard. It is air-sealed with aluminium tape. At the top, there are three quiet hard drive fans at the top to exhaust clean air into the space.

The seat projections for the Conservatives in Canada (for the election in three weeks’ time) is TANKING. It looks like this last week’s stock market. Liberals are going up, up, up!
