I am bereft. The one and only Garth Hudson has died.
The Band contributed hugely to the soundtrack of my youth and I saw them perform live a number of times. Garth was the only member of The Band that I got to meet. He was a unique creative force. RIP, good sir.

The need is great to offer evidence informed support and education to those with cancer and chronic illness. Yoga is one such modality that can be integrated into standard care and individualized to the student by a specialty trained Yoga teacher or Yoga therapist. Email:
