When social network were first introduced over a decade ago, we relied on internal comms to monitor content. Now, we’ve matured! For me the key to keeping it valuable is to treat it as a learning tool, making it relevant and useful to colleagues. They will keep coming back.

As someone who develops training collaterals across various formats, seeing these personas is incredibly insightful. It is so helpful to visualise what some of my audience experiences and design with their needs in mind. Keeping things simple benefits everyone.
