A black-and-white cat named Sushi is stretched out asleep on a tile floor directly behind my bedroom door. There are sound-isolating foam pads on the inside of my bedroom door. I don't know how Sushi is so long, but she remains incredibly adorable.

I present Tortellini, my beloved older girl who passed just over two years ago (seen here faithfully protecting my Steam Deck). She was extremely skittish for the four years we had her (we think she'd been through some trauma), but she stuck to me like glue from the moment she met me. 🥹
