As a @uklabour.bsky.social member I'm appalled with your hostile Chairing of this session. Please remember this Committee's remit is Women & Equalities. You clearly do not understand the law. The Supreme Court ruling was not just about membership of boards. It was about the meaning of sex in the EA.

It seems Bluesky moderators are TRA’s with no concern for the rights of women. To label a respected barristers posts as they have done is a pathetic denial of free speech
I was horrified recently to learn that a situation very like a. hypothetical I put to a witness in Adams v ERCC - a male counsellor tricking a rape survivor into confiding in him by successfully "passing" as a woman - had actually happened.
