Accidentally forgot to do it earlier and took my ADHD meds in the late afternoon; so now it’s 5 am and I accidentally stayed up all night writing an essay on my experience growing up on/with YouTube as a queer kid, having created an account in 2007, when I was 13 years old. Why did I do this?????

Everyone is always saying we should all spend less time on our phones, but the minute someone is reading a book in public it’s “performative”. Look Linda, I had an hour and a half to kill between a medical appointment and a movie, I’d much rather loose myself in this fictional world than doomscroll.

Another episode of my ADHD adventures: packed my bag this morning for my biweekly swimming at the pool, kept thinking, huh today my bag is way emptier than usual but I got everything, weird.

Today in ADHD adventures: spent 3+ minutes looking for the lid of the Tupperware I was holding… the lid was on it all along
