Apple Watch seems way too optimistic. Maybe more recent versions are better but take this into account.

Ultrahuman Ring air was close, yet too pessimistic. Workout tracking is not their primary focus though.

Not only is the whoop by far the most accurate, the app also allows you to upload lab tests to improve their estimate from there on even more. That’s sick @WHOOP! Well done!

The lab test concluded I have a VO2max of 55,2 ml/kg/ml

Meaning I consume 55,2 milliliters of oxygen per kilogram of body weight per minute, giving me a biological age of 17,7 years.
