Arya was definitely my favorite character by the end of the series, with Tyrion following behind her. He was my favorite for the first half because of how thoroughly he was involved, but he started to peter out a bit once he was in the service of Daenerys. Overall, 9/10 rating for the show

EVERYBODY THAT WENT BALLISTIC ABOUT SEASON 8 WAS WRONG! Game of Thrones ended off as well as I think they could have. Should the season have had more room to breathe? Yes, however just because they ramped up the pacing a bit too quick doesn't mean the show was RUINED. You're crazy for thinking that!

Just finished season 7 of Game of Thrones after taking a break. The only fault of the season was that it's shorter than all the previous seasons. And the last season is even shorter. 1/2

The hiatus ends tomorrow. I have 2 episodes edited and ready to go to get back on track with the schedule. I'm at the same job, but we had a meeting about some experienced issues and have come to an understanding. So things should be more chill and consistent again. See ya tomorrow!

I'm still gonna spend the next week looking around just to see my options. But so far, it seems people weren't lying about how bad the job market here is. All positions similar to mine have even worse setups, and everything else is either minimum wage or require a degree with 10 years of experience

I got to have a 1 on 1 conversation with my boss's boss that seems to have calmed down whatever was going on. So things should be going back to normal. If not, he said things wouldn't be pretty for him, which was nice to hear. Still don't like mandatory overtime, but I shouldn't need a new job

The past month, I'd been having some concerning health issues that have mostly been resolved, but now I'm having FAR more concerning issues with work. So in the best interest of my livelihood security I'll be job hunting for a more stable position. So in the meantime the Pod is officially on hiatus.

Do yourself a favor. If you haven't started watching Invincible yet, START NOW! IT'S SO GOOD!!! If the first episode doesn't hook you, I don't know what will. I've been keeping up with it since day one, and it's 10/10

Gimp is definitely NOT a perfect replacement for Photoshop. Photopea didn't look super in depth either when I skimmed over it, but I'll try it out this weekend just to see. Does anyone know of a free or one-time payment software comparable to Photoshop? Cause screw Adobe subscriptions

No wonder there's a yearly vaccine for the flu. This shit SUCKS! It's horrible timing to get it too, right after I get home from our trip. Hopefully, it passes before it ruins a second weekend

My goal for the year is for complete sobriety starting today. I've never been much of a drinker, but I've been a heavy stoner since I was 18, and while it helped me back then, it has definitely become a detriment to me now. I want to be productive and make/do cool shit so it's time for a change!
