RealPage claims that its software, which landlords have used to collude on rents, is protected by the First Amendment.

Yesterday, we had our first hearing on HB 679! This bans AI that helps landlords collude hike rent, which recently increased 158% above the natl avg in ATL, where ¾ of landlords use it. Huge thanks to everyone who showed up to support! Together, we will End Price Fixing in GA.
