Oregon has asked for a rehearing en banc. If granted, 11 Ninth Circuit judges will rehear the case. In her dissent, Judge Graber urged her colleagues “to act swiftly to vacate the majority’s order before the illegal deployment of troops under false pretenses can occur.” 21/22
