IG it would be a good feature for visually impaired people, since they are already accustomed to 4x or higher because of their screen readers.

Consider this analogy: If we both read an essay, completion time will depend on our individual reading speeds. Similarly, processing speed impacts consumption time for videos and audio. While high processing speed is advantageous, it's not strictly necessary, and its applicable on all media type.
