Seared a steak for the first time, need a better pan for it but it’s great

I made the mistake of telling my Chinese girlfriend that my favorite food was cornflake casserole, she’s been poking fun at me for that for years lol

Not that it’s the best taste of anything I’ve had, but it’s a comfort food I grew up with, and I can never have too much

I love making enough food to perfectly portion all my work lunches
