They definitely give 'for the content' vibes with a lot of their surveys, would be interested to peek behind the curtain and understand their strategy a bit more - does this stuff bring in income? boos reputation? etc

For me, the emphasis on allyship and actively role-modeling greater gender equality truly stands out. It's clear that fostering an inclusive environment requires collective effort and visible commitment.

Totally agree, hostile and racist immigration policies are a huge problem, both morally and practically

In terms of innovation - we definitely should be looking at what other systems are doing well in this space

In terms of workforce, I'n in favour in complete free movement of people, but do worry about wealthy nations recruiting heavily from abroad and the impact that could have on poorer societies

But this suggests that shouting too much about it's use might not be the best approach in building trust with our audiences

Worth thinking about how we demonstrate it's safety before doing so
