#LFF Film 1:

Ballad of a Small Player

I am definitely expecting this to be another great performance from Colin Farrell, as well as another showcase of Edward Berger at work!

I'm guessing the different Amazon branches don't exactly communicate. I'm not sure whether to laugh or to facepalm. 😵‍💫

Friend: So, what do you have planned for today?

Me: a ME day.

Friend: Ahh, so a self-care day?

Me: Yeah...Self-caaaaare. 👀

A role announcement?!? Been a hot minute. 😅

I'm more than ecstatic to announce that I'm a part of Project C.U.R.E. Origins as Griflet!

Thank you so much for having me on board and to be among such a stacked cast!

Be sure to check out the trailer in the reply, and keep an eye out for a launch! 😄

Hope everyone has a Happy New Year when the clock strikes 12 here in the UK!!

To keep the summary brief, had a good year overall! Definitely got worse by the end tha ks to stuff outside of the Bluesky sphere, but it's been good!

Cheers, everyone! 🍻🎇🎆

4. Ikiru.

A great film from one of the MANY maestros of cinema: Akira Kurosawa.

The theme and overall message of the film is one I think we need to take into account of living life to the fullest. A very somber tale, but one worth checking out if you can.

3. Mask of the Phantasm.

Definitely taking the top spot in favourite Batman films.

The mystery's intriguing, the animations top tier, and do I need to say anything about the impressive vocal performances of everyone? Didn't think so. 😉

Just a great film no matter how you look at it.

2. Princess Mononoke

It's very tough to pick a favourite film from Studio Ghibli, but this is definitely contending for it.

Fantastic animation, great performances within both dubs, and I'm very appreciative that it doesn't really have a villain in the traditional sense. They all have reasons.

1. Frankenstein (1931)

Absolutely essential viewing.

The film's a classic for a reason, and it demonstrates that with every frame it creates. A poignant, beautifully crafted classic if there ever was one.

Yep, I'll jump on this trend... buuuuuut with a subject I'm rather passionate about.

And yes... I do have the St. Pancras exhibit taped. 😉

Not exactly a role... but providing my voice for an advertising campaign that hits close to home, held by C4 and BUPA, having that broadcast during their coverage of the Paralympic games, as well as an exhibit at London St. Pancras? Needless to say, I'm proud of doing that to the nth degree!! 😁😉
