We need tickets "gatekept" if we don't we run the risk of allowing any random person in. Surely a club in Newcastle should have at least 2/3's of the ground with people from Newcastle 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️

No you're not "less of a fan" but what's the point in having a club in Newcastle if locals can't get in? The club needs to make sure that in whatever option we take up locals can get in and that they don't prioritize tourists over us.

Another thing to point out is if we could expand the gallowgate take that to level 7 and make most the top levels standing, local youth (17-25) cheap ticket section that would generate a much better atmosphere to what a new tourist filled stadium will do.

I don't mind the music- just want it turned off near kick off to help build the atmosphere

Maybe - however my argument is could they not do that with the current Gallowgate? It's one of the most iconic stands in the country. My worry is we'll land ourselves in a soulless bowl full of tourists (bit like spurs) who were promised the south stand as a singing section that never happened!

No- a day tripper are the types of "fans" who will go to the game sit on their phones, make a YouTube vlog / Instagram post but then spend hundreds in the club shop. The club ( like many pl clubs) will focus on suiting their needs as they are the ones who they will make the most money out of.
