my cat hated tin foil so we would put a piece to stop him clooking or where he was doing something bad. if it was just sitting there it was enough to stop him doing anything. i miss that little shadow

2k done in one go. It was exhausting but taking the weights off my treadmill really helped with my arms spasming. With the heatwave going and it being so far into the month now I really have work hard. #10kyourway
